on thursday night after beli kasut papa @dst mite (geox black male shoes off 30% down to RM 2++ je), papa dst mite belanja mama & yeyen at tgi sebab chillis penuh. still a good meal. that weekend, with eta went to bsc and had chilis. makan lagi...
i'm not a counting calories kind of person, but i have to admit i have not exercised since i left my casa condo. no more swimming and the wet season lately banyak membantut kan my intention to go jogging at klcc park after work. my pocho pocho office routine dah ber'decade' lamanya di tinggalkan. so, the guilt feeling start creeping back..
