100 days yang kurang menyerlah

Looking back  100 days back, I rated myself C for failing to provide advisory role. While having an A+ for high inquisitive, can do attitude and being resourceful, i must admit i am so far behind from my own ISO standard. Sigh...

I now realized working through people is so hard. Im not a process owner, neither i own any issue. So i end up facilitating and coordinating issues or analysis. It doesnt carry any weight and it doesnt sound elegant, or superior or strategic or sexy. I cant sugar coat cant I? 

My pie will consist of :

- Administration (appointment, email)   : 30%

- data sourcing/ analysis                      : 20%

- draft speech/presentation                  : 20%

- attend meeting                                  : 23%

- read, scan, network                           : 5%

- advise                                                : 2 %

Hmm.. How to balance my blueberry pie to make it more filling rather than too much cream? How to take 2 steps ahead? How to make an impact, to make my present felt? Arghhhh...

'babe.. U have been tested for ages in dirtying your hand. So stop worrying on petty things. its time to elevate yourself and be comfortable to manage stakeholders, rub shoulders with those people who make decisions. and get used to the drama-minggu-ini, so long you are not the drama queen yourself.

Owh... The blueberry pie has to be with low fat cream by the way. Neither the weighing scale has not dropped even a dot less. A+ again for the ready gym bag bawah desk, but dah naik bersawang kot. Huh!
